⏱️ Party Day Timeline

Party day runs on a clock. Fill in your times, print this sheet, and let it run the show while you host.

Tip: fill in times the night before and tape it to the kitchen cabinet.

🕒Fill in your times

Party day morning — Last prep sweep

Pick up the cake, grab the ice, charge the camera. Confirm the centerpiece is on the cake table.

2 hours before — Set up

Tables, chairs, decorations, game stations. Test the playlist. Fill the goodie bags.

1 hour before — Snacks & drinks out

Put out food, drinks, and cups. Balloons up. Cake table styled — photo time before anyone arrives!

Party start — Warm-up games

Freeze Dance and Balloon Keep-Up while everyone arrives. No one waits awkwardly.

+45 min — Station games

Rotate through the game stations (see the Games cheat sheet). One adult per station, water breaks between.

+1.5 hrs — Cake time

Gather everyone, sing, slice. Snap the cake-table photo BEFORE the first slice.

+2 hrs — Favors & wind-down

Hand out goodie bags. A calm game (Target Toss) while parents arrive.

End — Send-off

Thank-you wave at the door, high-five the birthday kid, then collapse. You earned it.
